Biomass Design Engineer

Job Description

The role involves designing biomass heating systems (wood burning), for commercial and residential properties.  The job role would involve deciding on the correct installation equipment, estimating costs and providing design drawings of the site and the layout of the heating system and may have project management over an installation team.  These design engineers have experience on working with biomass heating systems and other renewable technologies, with a working knowledge of CAD.  Biomass engineers may have a background in Biomass Installation, Heating Engineering or Building services engineering and work with plumbers, electricians and other specialists.
