Your Career Event
Organising your career event can be a time consuming activity that can take away your focus either from teaching or direct guidance work. Allow us to take up the event planning and organising employers to attend. With experience of working with local employers, planning and delivery, we can secure a range of businesses to attend your event. We will source suitable employers in your local area, create a pop up webpage with all the details of the event and produce a flier that you can send out to your students and parents. You will need to provide the venue, staff and refreshments for the day.

Careers Speed Event

Event Formats

Career exhibition

An open event for students to meet a range of employers and discuss careers in their sector. We recommend this for all year groups. An evening event will secure more employers attending.

Speed Event

Speed events are a carousel of 4 minute activities with employers. Students and parents meet all the employers present and discover lots about the world of work. We recommend this event for yr 7-yr10 students. 

Employer Workshops

This is a targeted event in which students meet a select number of employers at the school. We invite the employers to talk about their career fields for around 40mins with 20mins for discussion time.
We recommend this activity for Yr 10-yr 13 students
