Edgar Schein explored how we are orientated towards work that fits our underlying values. He called the concept career anchors. We have developed a simple resource based on 12 career values that encourages student exploration around this theory and the kinds of jobs that certain values may lean towards or prefer. Our resource pack includes a poster set, printable greyscale set of the posters and powerpoint for talks. We have also produced a simple assessment test allowing students to explore our 1`2 values and see which values they most associate with. Students receive their results and career suggestions via email.
