Charity Campaigns Coordinator
Job Description
These managers seek to develop and implement campaign strategies for charities, political parties, marketing companies or other organisations The role may involve managing a team of campaigners or marketing assistants focussed on a particular activity. The work would involve setting objectives, researching issues, identifying key partners, working with others on literature, ideas, promotional means to achieve the campaign goals. The post holder would need to have an understanding of the issues, passion for the subject, ability to motivate a team of staff or volunteers, meet deadlines and multi-tasking. This is likely to be a varied role requiring good organisation, leadership, creativity, the ability to persuade and write. Campaign Managers may well have a background in marketing., political campaigning or experience in charity work. The nature of the role and resources allocated to it will depend on the size of the campaign.
