Digital Career Forms and Resources

We've produced a range of simple online forms designed to help advisors and teachers use resources that may benefit careers and work related education in schools. All our forms work on all platforms and can be printed or submitted or saved as pdf files depending on the recording you wish to do.  All of our forms have been tested on students within the given year groups. A simple assessment for yr 7 and 8 students encouraging them to think about the kind of simple benefits they want from a career.

Be the Boss
Encouraging students to think about the world of work. This exercise invites them to work out what qualities employers are looking for. Aimed at yr 9-11 this form allows students to rank the qualities that they think employers are looking for and then match the descriptions. 

Be the Boss- Scenario (yr 7-9)
This exercise explores the challenges of decisions making. Students look at 2 candidates applying for a part time saturday job. Each has some good and some negative qualities. The students must decide who they would employ and why.

Star Employee? (Yr 7-10)
Are you students job ready. Can they evaluate their own qualities against those that employers want. This exercise encourages students to rate themselves against the top 10 qualities employers are looking for. They can then comment on how they have shown these skills. A really useful exercise for students to begin to connect their development with what employers are looking for.

Exploring Careers Action Plan - Basic (yr 7-9)
A simple on line form enabling students to consider where they are at, where they want to be and how they plan to get there.
