Football education Officer

Job Description
Working at a club academy the football education officer is involved in the planning and delivery of football education and instruction to students attending a football club. The role involves delivering classes and lifeskills training, planning and implementing the education for a range of children from 9-18 yrs. The role would require someone with qualified teacher status with knowledge of football, sports education background. This role would suit someone trained in Physical education  The individual would need excellent organisation skills, presentation in delivery lessons. The role would also involves exercising pastoral care and welfare of the academy students and working alongside training providers and educational institutions.  Usual entrants would have a degree and qualified teacher status to enter this kind of role.  Jobs like this would be found with professional clubs and academies.
