Job Description

Partnering a sports professional around a golf course a caddies work involves carry the  clubs,  score card, any necessary nutritional supplies. The Caddy knows the yardage, breaks, pins and bunkers on each hole. They also have an understanding of green  and wind conditions for the day's play. This knowledge helps in creating a game plan for the professional or club member. Caddies are experts in golf rules and provide technical assistant to their player as required. Caddies are generally employed at weekends on golf courses and may get additional tips from players for advice given. Professional Caddies often get paid a percentage of the players winnings which can be as much as 10%.
