Job Description

Working in the accounts department of law firms cashiers manage day to financial transactions of the company. The role can be varied depending on the firm and may involve dealing with PAYE scheme, petty cash,  bills, invoices, petty cash,  credit control, banking.  Legal cashiers have financial background and knowledge of practice management and regulations governing law firms. Entrance into this career would required a background in accounts. The institute of legal and financial management run a number of courses on financial compliance for law firms.
