Licensing Officer (Liquor)

Job Description

Working for a local authority or with the police, licensing offiers are involved in conducting checks, applications and enquiries for those wishing to obtain a permit to sell alcohol. This is a public facing role and would require interviews with prospective licence holders from pubs, restaurants or other entertainment venues. This role may be advertised part time or combined with other licensing responsibilities.   Other licencing based careers  cover the gambling industry, community events and taxi hire.
