Marina Manager

Job Description

This role involves managing the marina which provides berthing, mooring and storage facilities for yachts.  Large marinas may accommodate over 1000 boats and have large teams of staff involved in refuelling, lifting, maintenance, hospitality and security for boat owners.  This role involves managing staff, negotiating on contracts, budgeting, responsibility for health and safety and compliance with local regulations. In smaller marinas, the ability to skipper boats and being able to undertake a variety of duties involved in maintaining the marina..
