Membership Recruiter

Job Description

Membership recruiters engage with the public in order to promote the work of their organisation in an enthusiastic and persuasive way.  This role may be target driven and would require cold selling to the public at events, country shows, farmers market and popular visitor attractions.  Recruiters advise on the benefits of membership, costs, discounts available and latest campaigns of the charity and assist with membership registration. Some roles are paid directly by the charity in question or are subcontracted to a marketing company.
