Spa training Manager

Job Description
Spa Training Managers have a dual role of providing the day to day management of the spa whether that be in a hoel, leisure club, or at a resort complex. The second element of the role involves training of staff within the spa.  Spa Training Managers need to have strong communication skills in recruiting, motivating and training their staff. The role requires a good understanding of the business, ensuring the spa meets its targets, planning promotions, maintaining bookings,ensuring maximum customer satisfaction and understanding the various revenue streams and costs associated with the operation. To become a training manager requires you to have extensive experience in therapy as well as managerial experience. Training managers will need to be qualified to level 3 NVQ in Beauty Therapy or Spa therapy and have taken a range of additional Level 4 qualification such as in Salon Management. Salaries in this role and other beauty training roles can vary between £25,000 to £35,0000
