Supporters Liaison Officer
Job Description
The SLO is a new role introduced by UEFA to improve communication between clubs and supporters. The role providers supporters with a direct means to communicate to clubs on issues that concern them. The role involves being available to supporters on match days to offer advice, support, glean feedback on any issues with regard to the club and its services. The post holder may also have to travel to away games and look at any issues for supporters whilst attending these matches. The role involves identifying key issues, communicating these to the club and supporters through various media channels including social media and fans forums. A background in communications or marketing would be beneficial for this role as well as a passion for the club you wish to work for.
